CRY
It's nature's emotional release. It relieves stress and tension. Crying is an appropriate response to anger because it's something you do when you're at a loss with your feelings. So you cry when you have nowhere else to go with it. When you are extremely angry or frustrated the emotion builds up inside you and has to release. Crying is the result. It's good for you. It's stop you going out and murdering someone.
SAY THINGS YOU DON'T MEAN
If you're frustrated to someone or something the risk of saying some evil things to them is higher. Your capacity for harshness quadruples. Anger it's a feeling that completely overtakes your personality. You do shocking things to satisfy the feeling and then when it's gone you're just like, "Oh shit? Did I just do that?" You don't feel like you have any control over yourself.
Now, what are you doing, when you feel frustrated?
